Mach Five Motors, LLC ("Mach Five Motors," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at machfivelabs.com and its associated subdomains and digital properties (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described here, please discontinue use of the Site.

Information you provide directly:

• Name, company name, job title, and contact information (email address, phone number) submitted through our contact forms, RFQ submissions, or newsletter sign-up.
• Project details, technical specifications, or other content you voluntarily include in form submissions or email correspondence.
• Communications sent to us via email or any web-based form.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited.
• Device identifiers and general geographic location derived from IP address.
• Time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and interaction data (clicks, scroll depth).

Information from third parties:

• Security and fraud prevention — to protect the integrity of the Site, our users, and our business operations.

• Contact and RFQ form data is retained for a minimum of three (3) years for business records purposes.
• Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Web analytics data is retained according to the data-retention policies of the analytics provider, typically no longer than twenty-six (26) months.
• Server log data is retained for up to ninety (90) days for security purposes.

When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data-governance procedures.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Site.
